Connecting HubSpot brings your deals — pipelines, stages, and owners — into HarborOS so they can feed your forecast.

Connect

On the Integrations screen, click Connect on HubSpot and approve access in the window that opens. That’s the whole setup; there are no keys to copy.

What happens next

Your HubSpot deals sync into Docking, HarborOS’s review queue. They don’t affect your forecast until you promote them — you decide which deals belong in your pipeline. See Pipeline review for how that works. You can scope what syncs — minimum ARR, excluding closed deals, specific stages or types — and map HubSpot fields to HarborOS.
